Rain-outs
If rain is in the forcast or it has rained in the last 48 hours, call within 45 minutes of your class start time. The rain-out number is (415) 246-8797. If class is cancelled, there will be a cancellation message, otherwise class is happening. Classes missed due to rain are made up by SoccerKids by adding a week on to the end date of the season.

Make-ups
If you miss class for a personal reason, you can make it up by attending another class that is not listed as full on the schedule page. You must complete make-ups in the same season they were missed. Refunds will not be given for missed classes.

Pay by Check/Pay Later Policy
The current registration system allows payment by check. We would prefer you pay by credit card. If you elect to pay by check, you will be delaying your enrollment until payment is received. If the class fills with paid registrants before your payment is received, you will be added to the wait-list and your check will not be cashed. SoccerKids highly recommends you pay by credit card or risk losing your space in the class

Class Cancellation
A 100% refund, less a $10 per registrant processing fee, will be given if notification of cancellation is received 48hrs before the second class meeting. Notice of cancellation 48hrs before the 3rd class meeting will receive a pro-rated refund minus a $25 admin/processing charge. Refunds will not be given for cancellation after the 3rd week of class.

Summer Camp Cancellation
A 100% refund, less a $25 per registrant admin/processing fee, will be given if notification of cancellation is received at least 7 days before the start of the camp week. Refunds will not be given for cancellation less than 7 days prior to the start of the camp week.
